Best practice workshops

ASRTU in its endeavour to support its members by exchanging of good practices and knowledge sharing, has been organizing National Best Practices Workshops, Seminars and conferences at a regular interval across the country. Due to various reasons most of our member STUs have not been able to meet their operational cost and maintain a reasonable margin, to upgrade system at various levels of operations. But at the same time, some of our member SRTUs have adopted several cost cutting measures and formulated strategies for improvement in operations; brining down the operational cost and maintaining quality services. Meetings, workshops, conferences are platform to exchanges ideas and to know other best practices to adopt by other members to implement in their organization.
